  1. Service Overview

iDSI Studios offers AI-generated photoshoots that allow clients to create realistic, high-quality images based on the photos they upload. Our service provides various styles and themes for digital photo shoots, including corporate, street, seasonal, and more.

  1. User Eligibility

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent if you are a minor.
  • Provide accurate information during the sign-up and order process.
  • Be the rightful owner of the images you upload or have obtained permission to use them for this purpose.
  1. Uploading Photos
  • You will be required to upload a set of 15 photos of yourself (or the person for whom the photoshoot is intended).
  • By uploading images, you grant iDSI Studios the right to process these photos solely for the purpose of generating AI photos.
  • Please ensure that all images comply with our content standards (e.g., no offensive or inappropriate images).
  1. Intellectual Property
  • The AI-generated photos we create based on your uploaded images are for your personal use only.
  • You may download and share these photos for non-commercial purposes, unless specified otherwise in a separate agreement.
  • All underlying software, code, and AI technology used to generate your photos remain the intellectual property of iDSI Studios.
  1. Payment and Refunds
  • All orders require upfront payment at the prices listed on our website.
  • Once the AI photoshoot process has started, refunds will not be provided due to the nature of digital goods and services.
  • If you encounter any technical issues or receive unsatisfactory results, please contact our support team. We’ll do our best to assist you or rectify any issues within reason.
  1. Delivery and Downloading
  • Upon completion of the AI photoshoot, you will receive a link to download your digital photos through your account on the iDSI Studios website.
  • You will have a specified period (e.g., 30 days) to download your photos before they are deleted from our servers.
  1. Permitted Use of AI Photos
  • You may use your AI-generated photos for personal, non-commercial purposes such as social media, personal websites, or printing.
  • If you wish to use the photos for commercial purposes, please contact us for licensing options.
  1. Prohibited Activities

When using iDSI Studios, you agree not to:

  • Use the service in a way that violates any applicable law, regulation, or the rights of others.
  • Misrepresent your identity or the identity of any person in the photos you upload.
  • Attempt to resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the AI-generated photos without appropriate licensing.

  • Your privacy is important to us. We process your uploaded images solely for generating the requested AI photos and do not use them for any other purpose.
